I am Mark, the founder of Dyslexia Support UK. I live in Dorset, in Bournemouth – not quite a tropical beach, but close enough! I enjoy running marathons (slowly) and playing basketball (badly). I also love losing video games and Pokémon cards with my two boys.
I’ve worked in education for nearly 20 years. It never gets boring, and I love helping students to reach their goals.
I hold an active Assessment Practising Certificate (APC) and am fully registered with the SpLD Assessment Standards Committee (SASC). This professional backing ensures that every diagnostic report I produce complies with the strict regulatory guidelines required by schools, academies, colleges, and university DSA frameworks across the UK.
